How to Sign Documents via Zoho Sign

This is meant to be your quick reference, in case you need guidance or you need to assist someone who needs guidance in signing documents via Zoho sign.

1. If you are a signee, you will receive a Zoho Notification that says this. Click "Start signing".  
The email will be sent from  notifications@zohosign.com, you may run a search for this in your mailbox to find the email, if it's lost for some reason.
The subject will say:  <Document Owner> from Tech Warehouse Inc. requests you to sign <Document Name>


    2. That would take you to a page with this box.  Click on “Proceed to document”


    3. That would take you to the document itself, but first, notice that banner on top. 

    3.1  Here, you have the option to download and physically sign the document by navigating to "More actions" on the right side of that banner and clicking on "Print and physically sign".  After this, a box will pop up with the download button - so you can download the file. Once you sign it, scan it, and then click the upload button on the same box to upload the file.  Click "Finish". If the fields on the file fail to match the original document, this will come up with an error and you will need to review the file, and then upload the signed copy again.

       

    3.2  Your other option is to continue signing digitally. Check the checkbox on the left, and then click the green button (Agree & Continue) on the right.


        4. The banner disappears and then you will see on the upper left corner of your screen the number of fields you have to fill out. In this sample, it’s 3.


        5. Zoho Sign will show what you need to fill out. Fill that out and then click Next or Previous on that colored box as necessary. See the sample below:


        6.  Click “Finish” on the upper right corner when you’re done


          7.   You will see this next. Do as you desire so you may have your own copy.
