Rocket Lawyer: Registration guide
Here you will see the step by step guide on how to register and set up Rocket Lawyer on your clients computer/device.
Once a client is onboard the Rondesse service and their subscription information is set, your client will receive an email from Rocket Lawyer with a link to "Activate" their account.

Should only be used by Concierge agent
1. Click the "Activate my account" button on the email sent by Rocket Lawyer.
2. It will bring you to a screen that will ask you to type in your First name, Last name and Password creation.
Note: Please ensure that password created is a strong password.
Strong passwords are a mix of, Big letters, Small letters, Numbers and Special characters.
It shouldn't be less than 6 characters. And as much as possible, the password should be unique and does not include a name.
Clients are encouraged but are not obliged to share this information with his/her respective concierge to maximize the concierge's ability in providing assistance.
The client will be able to see/monitor all activities on his/her Rocket Lawyer Dashboard, and may change his/her password anytime.
Tech Warehouse Rondesse takes responsibility in restoring the account if breached or compromised because of the concierge.
3. Click on Activate Account. Once all information is confirmed and meets requirements, it will direct you to the Home Page of the Rocket Lawyer app.
