Identity IQ: Registration Guide
TW Rondesse has partnered with Identity IQ by Bit Defender to provide IDENTITY THEFT PROTECTION services for our clients. Here, you will see the features of the subscription plan that Identity IQ offers through our packages, and a step by step guide on how to register and set up IDIQ on your clients computer/device.
Once a client is onboard the Rondesse service and their subscription information is set, your client will receive an email from us with a link and a code to proceed to their registration.
1. If the link has not been sent, you can send/provide this link to your client:
2. Once you click on the link, it will take you to the IDIQ registration page that will ask you for the discount code (Request the code from Jigs, Eric or Dan). Type in the code and press SUBMIT.
3. Fill out the form under the BEGIN tab then press Submit and Continue.
4. Ask the client to type in the credential being asked the press on Activate and Continue.
5. Inside the Verify Identity tab will be 3 questions that your client needs to answer. Then hit NEXT.
6. This completes the registration. You will now be taken to the IDIQ Dashboard.
