Booking Appointments via Zoho Bookings

For Rondesse Senior Protection Services (SPS) & Rondesse for Business (R4B)

 

Step 1: Access the Appropriate Booking Link

Use the following links to book your meetings:

Step 2: Select Availability

When choosing a time slot, ensure you follow these scheduling guidelines based on team availability:

  • From 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM:
    • Book only one meeting with one person.
    • Do not double book.

For example, if a meeting is scheduled from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM, the next meeting should be at 10:45 AM, allowing for a 15-minute buffer to prevent scheduling conflicts.

  • From 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM:
    • You may schedule up to two meetings simultaneously, but no more than that.
  • From 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM:
    • Only one meeting per availability may be booked during this period.


Step 3: Available Team Members for Each Time Slot

For your reference, here are the team members available during the following time slots:

  • 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM: Mikiv
  • 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM: Mikiv and Eric
  • 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM: Mikiv, Tom, and/or Eric.
  • 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM: Jenny or James.


Step 4: Complete the Booking

After selecting the client’s desired time slot, finalize the booking. Upon successful booking:

  • lead account will be automatically created in the CRM system.


Step 5: Lead Assignment

Once the lead account is generated, Julia will reassign the lead in CRM to the team member who is available to take the meeting.

 

Step 6: Viewing and Managing Bookings

  • You can view scheduled meetings via Zoho Bookings calendar
