Booking Appointments via Zoho Bookings
Step 1: Access the Appropriate Booking Link

Step 2: Select Availability
When choosing a time slot, ensure you follow these scheduling guidelines based on team availability:
For example, if a meeting is scheduled from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM, the next meeting should be at 10:45 AM, allowing for a 15-minute buffer to prevent scheduling conflicts.
Step 3: Available Team Members for Each Time Slot
For your reference, here are the team members available during the following time slots:
Step 4: Complete the Booking
After selecting the client’s desired time slot, finalize the booking. Upon successful booking:
Step 5: Lead Assignment
Once the
lead account is generated, Julia will reassign the lead in CRM
to the team member who is available to take the meeting.
