Bitdefender: VPN installation and navigation guide
In this article, you will be able to see the sections of the Bitdefender VPN interface.
1.) Login your IDIQ account ( identityiq.com).
2.) In your IDIQ home page go to Monitoring and choose Bitdefender.
3.) If you have not Activated your Bitdefender subscription, the button will appear as ACTIVATE.
But if you have, the button will show LOG-IN
4.) Press on LOG-IN. It will take you to Bitdefender Sign in page.
Type in the email address that you used to register your IDIQ. Hit NEXT. It will then go to the Bitdefender Sign in page.
5.) Type in your email address and password then press LOGIN.
6.) You will be taken to your Homescreen (Dashboard). Click on VPN tab then click on Install on more devices.
7.) Choose "This device".
8.) It will start to download the file on your device. Once completed, click on the downloaded exe file to start the installation.
9.) Put a check in the confirmation/agreement box and hit the HIT INSTALLATION button. This will take you to the installation process with a progress bar.
10.) Once the installation completes, it will take you to the main Homepage of the Bitdefender VPN, At the same time, it will install an icon on your desktop. The home page is where you will be able to turn your VPN on and off.
11.) The Dashboard tab will show you a quick overview of your session time and locations you are connected using your VPN.
12.) The Settings section has 3 tabs. The General tab, Autoconnect tab and the Notifications tab. This section of your Bitdefender VPN allows you to take full control on how you want your VPN app to work.

13.) The My Account section will just show you the email address linked to the account and your current subscription. This also gives you the option to Switch Account if you have another Bitdefender registration.
14.) The Support tab gives you a link to Bitdefender knowledge base and support team if you encounter any concern or a question that you need clarification.
15.) The Information tab will show you the current version of your Bitdefender VPN and other important info about your app.
