Bitdefender: Total Security app Dashboard Navigation guide

In this article, you will be able to see the sections of the Bitdefender Total Security interface.

1.) Once the Bitdefender Total Security app is installed, an icon will be available for the user to access in their desktop. Double click on the icon to take you to the security app dashboard.


2.) There are multiple sections in your Dashboard page. 
Quick Scan, System Scan and Vulnerability Scan are levels of scanning that you can manually trigger depending on your need.

Quick Scan - shorter than the full scan, and have less depth and breadth. They function by doing scans of areas of the device that are more likely to be infected than others, rather than the whole system.
System Scan - a full system scan that runs through your whole system.
Vulnerability Scan - this is a Bitdefender BOX feature that scans your network, identifies and informs you about all vulnerabilities found in connected devices and network equipment that can compromise integrity by leading to remote, unauthorized access, data theft, or malicious attacks.

Note:
Bitdefender Scanner automatically scans your network as soon as you configure it and each time a new device connects to it.

3.) Safepay is is a protected browser, a sealed environment that is designed to keep your online banking, e-shopping, and any other type of online transaction private and secure. 


4.) Wallets is your Password Manager that secures your passwords, credit card information, and other sensitive data. This can also be accessed inside the PRIVACY section.
