Bitdefender Central: Navigation guide

In this Article, you will be guided on how to log in and navigate your Bitdefender homepage.

1.) Login your IDIQ account ( identityiq.com).

2.) In your IDIQ home page go to Monitoring and choose Bitdefender or in a browser type in login.bitdefender.com.

3.) If you have not Activated your Bitdefender subscription, the button will appear as ACTIVATE.

But if you have, the button will show LOG-IN

4.) Press on LOG-IN. It will take you to Bitdefender Sign in page.

Type in the email address that you used to register your IDIQ. Hit NEXT. It will then go to the Bitdefender Sign in page.

5.) Type in your email address and password then press LOGIN.

6.) You will be taken to your Homescreen (Dashboard).

The Dashboard will show you

a) Threats detected by your Bitdefender for the past 7 days.

b) Action items that needs your attention to ensure full use of Bitdefender's security.

c) Advertisements and News about Bitdefender

7.) My Devices section will show you all the devices that you had installed the Bitdefender protection. It also shows the status of the device.

8.) VPN section will show you how many of your devices have the Bitdefender VPN app installed and what OS the app is installed in.

9.) Parental Control allows you to create a profile specific for your child and take control of what they can and cannot do on their device.

- When you Add a child profile, it will only ask you for their name, date of birth, gender and a profile picture. Then hit save.

- Once the child profile is created, you can now add the child's device 

    

Parental Control will give you reports on the device, the following are:

a) Screen time

b) Applications

c) Websites activity

d) Child location

e) Latest added phone contacts

10.) My Subscriptions will show you the current services that you have and also allow you to manage it.

11.) Lastly, Support. This section will give you videos for tutorials and articles of Frequently Asked questions.
