Bitdefender: Anti Virus/ Security app installation guide
In this article you will be guided on how to install the Bitdefender security app.
1.) Log in your Bitdefender Central. In the DASHBOARD section you will see a button that says ADD device.
2.) The product selection window will come up. Press on SECURITY.
3.) Next window will ask you which device you would want it installed. Choose "This device:"
4.) It will download the executable file. Click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions of the installer.
5.) Bitdefender will proceed to installation.
6.) Once the download process is complete, you will be asked to accept the Subscription Agreement. Put a tick in the check box and press Install.
7.) After installation, Bitdefender will ask you to run the initial Device Assessment. This will allow Bitdefender to know if there are any possible breaches on the system and know the current state of your device security.
8.) It will then take you to the Bitdefender security app dashboard.
