BetterHelp: Registration guide
Betterhelp will provide free psychological consultation and counseling for 30 days . When the client decides to sign up, they will get a 20% discount because they are registered to Tech Warehouse Concierge.
With the ordeal that you have gone through, Rondesse Tech Warehouse will be providing this valuable service free for 30 days, with an option to continue. The terms and conditions will be provided upon registration.
Here you will see the step by step guide on how to register and set up Betterhelp on your clients computer/device.
Once a client is onboard the Rondesse service and their subscription information is set, your client will receive an email from Betterhelp with a link to "Get Started".
1. Click on the link that says "CLICK HERE TO GET STARTED".
2. It will open a Welcome webpage, click on "Get Started".
3. It will then take you through a series of questions to match you to the right therapist.
4. It will ask you to register your email address and create your password then click the small I Agree check box.
Note: Please ensure that password created is a strong password.
Strong passwords are a mix of, Big letters, Small letters, Numbers and Special characters.
It shouldn't be less than 6 characters. And as much as possible, the password should be unique and does not include a name.
5. Betterhelp will send a verification code to your email address. Type in the code and click on Submit.
6. You will be asked on what issue you want to focus on. Put a check on the checkbox in the list provided.
7. The last page will show you what the process of the therapy is, how you would be able to speak to a therapist and other information about Betterhelp.
If you scroll to the very bottom of the page, you will see "Start Therapy". If you would like to get started, then you can press on that button.
